By placing a trade purchase order and/or using your trade discount code at Vertigo Home you agree to all Trade Sales Terms and Conditions set forth below.
Trade Sales Terms & Conditions:
- Brands currently not eligible for a trade discount are Izipizi, Caddis, Boy Smells, Maison Louis Marie and Lakrids. (subject to change any time)
- Vitra products are subject to additional shipping charges.
- Trade discount is 10% off retail and available as a commission check mailed to you or an instant discount issued directly on our website during checkout.
- Trade discount may not be used with any additional discount codes or on any sale items.
- Wallpaper samples start at $6.50 each plus shipping.
- Please download, complete and return our Trade Sales Form to set up account.
- We accept merchandise returns for standard items within 14 days of delivery.
- All returned Trade Sales orders/products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund issued.
- Please note that special order items, custom products, cut fabrics, upholstery, wallpaper and lighting cannot be exchanged, returned or cancelled once order has been placed.
- All special order items are clearly labeled as such on the product page. Lead times for these items can also be found on the product page or by emailing us at info@vertigohome.us, these lead time are estimates and may sometimes change due to production and freight delays in other countries, custom delays and other unforeseeable situations which are out of our control. We will immediately update you via email if your order has been delayed.
- Prior to returning any merchandise, please initiate a return request through our return portal linked to here: Vertigo Home Return Portal
- All returns must arrive to us unused in their original condition and original packaging. If items are used or not in original condition and packaging, no refund will be issued and items can be reclaimed by contacting us within 30 days and paying a return shipping fee.
- We cannot accept returns without a Vertigo Home issued RMA number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, your return must be properly packaged, fully insured, trackable and sent to: Vertigo Home, Attn: Returns, 1550 S. Coast Hwy. #101, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. You are responsible for the returned items until delivered and signed for at address above.
- Please note we cannot credit or refund you the cost of any shipping charges including original shipping charges. Original shipping charges, even though initially paid by Vertigo Home on orders qualifying for our free shipping program, will be deducted from any refund issued.
- The Trade Sales Terms and Conditions set forth on this page is in addition to our Return Policy and Terms of Service.
