Points Accrual Rate:

You must be signed in to your account to accrue and/or redeem Vertigo Points.

  • Earn 5 Vertigo Points for every $1.00 spent in our store.
  • Earn 100 Vertigo Points for signing up for the Vertigo Rewards Program.
  • Earn 50 Vertigo Points for following us on Instagram.
  • Earn 50 Vertigo Points for following us on Facebook.
  • Earn 50 Vertigo Points for sharing on Facebook.
  • Earn 100 Vertigo Points when celebrating your birthday. To earn these points your birth date must be added to your account at least 30 days prior.
  • Earn awards for referring a friend.

Points Redemption:

  • Redeem your Vertigo Points in increments of 500 points.
  • 500 Vertigo Points = $5.00

Points Expiration: 

  • Points expire after 365 days of no account activity.
  • Expired points are not eligible for redemption and cannot be reactivated.

Appreciation Gifts:

  • Any appreciation gifts, like referral rewards, expire within 30 days of issue.

Is it free to participate in the Vertigo Rewards Program?
Yes, it's completely free to participate in our rewards program.

Where do I view my points balance?
It's very easy, simply click on the Rewards button at the bottom right of your screen. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so.

Is it easy to redeem my points?
Yes, when you have enough points for an award simply click on the Rewards button at the bottom right of your screen. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so, then click Redeem, this will generate an award code that you can instantly apply to your cart.

Does my points expire?
Yes, if there is no activity on your rewards account for 365 days your points will expire.

Can I keep my points from expiring?
Yes, just make an eligible purchase while signed in to your account, before your point expiration date.

Will I get advance notice if my points are expiring?
Yes, you will get an email reminder 30 days before expiry and a second email 3 days before expiry.

Can I apply my rewards to shipping charges?
Unfortunately point redemptions can not be applied to shipping charges.

Will I earn points on shipping charges?
Unfortunately shipping charges are not eligible for point accrual.

Can I redeem my points on products that have already been discounted?
Unfortunately points may not be redeemed on already discounted products and may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts and/or discount codes.
