Living Tower by Verner Panton

A tribute to the spirit of experiment and adventure which characterized the late sixties, Verner Panton's Living Tower makes use of the three-dimensionality of space. This organically shaped furniture sculpture can be used on four levels and is an extraordinarily comfortable and inspiring place in which to interact. The furniture is divided into four seats of varying height, and opens up a multitude of new sitting and reclining possibilities. Only a few pieces were originally made of this living landscape, and production was discontinued in the early seventies. Vitra is now faithfully reproducing the Living Tower to original specifications.
