Shipping

  • Due to the ongoing challenges with labor and shipping container shortages as well as major global supply chain breakdowns, delivery delays may occur. All indicated lead times are subject to change at any moment. We are doing our best to notify all customers of changes in lead times. Any lead time changes does not allow for cancellations of special orders already processed and en route.
  • We offer Free Shipping on most orders over $75.00. Orders amounting to $75.00 or less have a flat rate shipping & handling charge of $7.00. Some exceptions apply for larger items requiring additional freight shipping surcharges, these surcharges can be up to 15% of order total but not to exceed $1000.00. Additionally certain manufacturers require that we, as an authorized dealer, pass along specific shipping costs to the customer. You will be notified by email within 24 hours if you order requires additional shipping.
  • Most orders amounting to $75.00 or less ship via USPS. If USPS does not deliver to your address, please contact us to upgrade your shipping to UPS or Fedex for a surcharge.
  • Most orders over $100 will ship UPS or Fedex and require a signature for delivery, we are not able to ship such orders to a P.O. Box.
  • If not available to accept delivery a second attempt will usually be made on the next business day or your shipment may be taken to a Fedex or UPS Access Point™ for pickup. Please refer to the information on the notice left by your driver.
  • Orders that are unclaimed or undeliverable and left with UPS or Fedex may not be returned to us and therefore we can not issue refunds for such orders. If returned to us, any refund will be less all shipping charges incurred and a 25% restocking fee.
  • Our standard shipping time is 5-10 business days.
  • Orders returned to us as undeliverable will incur additional shipping charges to reship and/or any refund will be less all shipping charges incurred and a 25% restocking fee.
  • For Express Shipping we use UPS or Fedex, please contact us for a quote at info@vertigohome.us.
  • Our Free Shipping program applies to addresses within the Continental United States.
  • Freight Shipments: Heavy, large or especially fragile items may require Freight Delivery. For most items, we offer Free Curbside Delivery (delivery outside of your business or residence). For an additional fee we offer White Glove Delivery (room of choice with debris removal).
  • Our Free Shipping program and Flat Rate $7 Shipping also applies to USPS shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses as well as USPS shipments to U.S. territories including American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Wake Island, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Island.
  • For orders shipping to Canada and Mexico a placeholder shipping & handling fee of $35.00 will be charged per order. If actual shipping & handling exceeds $35.00, we will contact you via email with the accurate shipping & handling quote for pre-approval prior to shipping. If actual shipping & handling falls below $35.00, we will refund the difference within 48 hours of shipping.
  • For orders shipping to all other International destinations a placeholder shipping & handling fee of between $75.00 and $150 will be charged per order. If shipping & handling exceeds the placeholder, we will contact you via email with the accurate shipping & handling quote for pre-approval prior to shipping. If actual shipping & handling falls below the placeholder, we will refund the difference within 48 hours of shipping.
  • All International orders will be shipped insured via UPS or Fedex Express.
  • Please note that all International orders are final and cannot be exchanged, returned or cancelled once shipped.
  • For deliveries outside of the United States, please note that you are responsible for all brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed.
  • Most orders ship within 1-2 weeks. Special order items, furniture, lighting and select other items may take longer to ship, and these longer ship times are generally indicated in the product detail pages. Please note that ship times are estimates and can vary. If there are any unforeseen delays with the shipping of your order, we will be sure to contact you.   • When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking and delivery information, if available.
  • Only orders shipping to addresses within California are subject to sales tax.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or defective, Vertigo Home will replace the items or, in the event replacements are not available, issue a full refund.
  • Please inspect all orders upon delivery.
  • Damages and defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • Digital pictures of damaged items may be needed.
  • For freight shipments, please thoroughly inspect the entire shipment and make a note on the delivery slip of any damage to the exterior or the contents of the shipment. Any damage must be marked on the delivery slip. If you are unable to inspect the contents of the shipment at time of delivery, please mark "Damaged / Further Inspection Pending" on the delivery slip and notify Vertigo Home within 24 hours.
  • Unfortunately, we will be unable to honor any damage claims if damage to the package is not notated on the delivery slip at time of delivery and if we are not notified within 24 hours of any damage. If damage is found, it is necessary that all contents and packaging of the shipment is held until the claim is finalized.
