IZIPIZI Returns

IZIPIZI eyewear purchased from Vertigo Home may be eligible for return within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery when the conditions below are met.

Return Eligibility

• Eyewear must be unworn, unused, and in new condition.
• The original lens sticker must remain intact and must not have been removed and reapplied.
• Lenses must not have been removed from the frame.
• All original packaging must be included, including the felt case, box, tags, labels, and inserts.

How to Start a Return

Start your return through My Account using the email address associated with your order. No password is required; a one-time login code will be sent to your email.

Please do not ship merchandise back until your return has been approved and you have received return instructions from Vertigo Home. Website returns are not accepted in person at our retail location or at Blue Bird Mercantile unless specifically authorized by Vertigo Home in writing.

Return Shipping

For eligible IZIPIZI returns, a prepaid return shipping label is available starting at $8.95. The amount may vary depending on the quantity, package size, and weight, and will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges for IZIPIZI eyewear. If you would like a different frame, color, or magnification, please place a new order and return the original eligible item separately.

Return Inspection

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that show signs of wear, have a removed or reapplied lens sticker, are missing original packaging, or otherwise do not meet the return requirements may be declined.
