Dreamy captures the fleeting beauty of an iridescent sky over Saigon one May afternoon—a rare, magical moment when time seemed to slow and everything felt suspended in a dream. Its luminous acrylic shifts in color and appearance depending on the light, viewing angle, and surrounding environment, giving each setting a slightly different expression.
Designed by Thomas Vincent, the Lớp Collection takes its name from the Vietnamese word for “layers.” A glowing opal glass sphere is surrounded by precisely layered acrylic, creating reflections that multiply across the surface and give the light a sense of depth and movement.
Designed and crafted in Vietnam since 2021, Lớp is both a functional light and a sculptural design object. The Small Rectangle can be positioned in different orientations, allowing its reflections, shadows, and layered form to change with the space around it.
