Designed by Vilhelm Wohlert for Louis Poulsen in 1959, the Wohlert Pendant uses hand-blown matte white opal glass to create soft, uniform and glare-free illumination. The opening at the bottom also provides useful downward light.
The current U.S. collection is offered in 11.8 in., 13.7 in. and 15.7 in. sizes. Socketed versions use an A-21 medium-base lamp. The 13.7 in. and 15.7 in. sizes are also available with integrated LED in 3000K or Dim-to-Warm configurations with 0-10V or phase dimming.
