Returns
At Vertigo Home we take great pride in the quality of every product we offer, and creating a positive experience for every purchase is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will do everything we can to make things right. If you wish to return an item, please see our policy below.
- We accept merchandise returns for standard items within 14 days of delivery.
- When we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or a store credit.
- All Vitra products are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- Please note that special order items, custom products, cut fabrics, upholstery, wallpaper and lighting items are not returnable.
- All returns must arrive to our warehouse in their original condition and original packaging.
- Returns must be pre-authorized.
- Prior to returning any merchandise, please email us here returns@vertigohome.us or call us at 949.494.7547 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- We cannot accept returns without a Vertigo Home issued RMA number.
- Returns must be properly packaged, fully insured, and sent to: Vertigo Home, Attn: Returns, 1854 S. Coast Hwy. #6, Laguna Beach, CA 92651
- Please note we cannot credit or refund you the cost of any shipping charges.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement and a return immediately.
- Please inspect all orders upon delivery.
- Damages and defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Digital pictures of damaged items may be needed.
