The New Norm Mini Bottle is one dining essential from a beautifully conceived dinnerware series by Norm Architects. With its soft lines, the smallest and cutest of the Norm Bottle Family comes in 7 different colors. Choose the colors that speak to you and use them for serving anything from milk and juices to red wine for that rustic feel.
In 2011 Norm Architects designed a special series of dinnerware. A series that express the purity, simplicity and honesty so particularly characteristic of the Nordic way. It was their profound admiration of one of Denmark's most prominent painters, Vilhelm Hammershoi and the unique feel of the crisp and pristine Nordic winds which served as the main inspiration for the color palette of New Norm Dinnerware. The variations of colors, surfaces and compositions also tell stories of the changing seasons and the use of seasonal ingredients.
Norm Architects joined forces with Copenhagen restaurateurs Cofoco, to create a little piece of magic called Höst, a restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen encompassing everything "Nordic". Today restaurant Höst is a fine result of clashing romanticism and modernity, everything just fits into place to create a complex and inspiring feeling of something urban, yet rough and rural. Something rustic, but still simplistic.
In 2013 Höst won two prestigious awards, "Europe's Best Design Restaurant" and "World's Best Design Restaurant" and has since become a famous International gastro travel destination.
The New Norm Dinnerware is produced in Europe using the isostatic press technology and burned three times to improve durability. All products are produced in a state of the art European factory, specializing in high quality porcelain for restaurants and hotels, which means your plates and bowls will last.
