How much is shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75.00.
Orders totaling $75.00 or less have a flat rate ship charge of $10.00.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to addresses in the Continental United States, and orders must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes please). For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or International addresses, please contact us at 949.494.7547 or email us at info@vertigohome.us so we may provide you with an exact shipping quote.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 weeks. Special orders, furniture, lighting and select other items may take longer to ship, and these longer ship times are generally indicated in the product detail pages. Please note that ship times are estimates and can vary. If there are any unforeseen delays with the shipping of your order, we will be sure to contact you.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email
with tracking and delivery information, if available.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only orders shipping to addresses within California are subject to a sales tax of 7.75%.
