The Norm Complete Tray Set, Ø 11", is a new, smaller version of Menu’s award-winning carving and serving set (Ø 13.8"). The set includes 4 pieces; an elegant tray, a bamboo cutting board, a white porcelain dish and a cooling pad make it possible to arrange and serve everything from a succulent roast beef to a fresh shellfish platter. New Norm Complete Tray Set can be combined with the other New Norm serving set pieces. For example, use the bamboo board as a lid on the large bowls and the bowls as a lid on the chilled dish or cutting board.
